Product shipments and availability
For shipments all over Greece:
The courier company that we work with is ACS Courier. Delivery time depends on the destination and takes 1-3 business days from the shipping date. The shipping cost is €3.00. With a cash on delivery payment method the cost is plus € 1.00 (FREE for orders over € 50.00).
For shipments abroad and Cyprus:
Deliveries to foreign countries and to Cyprus are made via ELTA (Hellenic Post Office). Delivery time depends on the destination and takes up to 10 business days from the shipping date. The shipping cost is € 7.00 (FREE for orders over € 50.00).

Product Recovery and Refunds
You have the right to return the products you purchase without having to notify us of the reason why you wish to return them within fourteen (15) days from the date you receive them. In this case, you only pay the direct cost of returning the products. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as you received them, accompanied by the receipt. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during the transport of the product. In the event of failure to comply with the above, our store will not accept the refund. In case of return of the products, your refund will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the products.
